Aside from our website, our Google Groups, the ability to be recognized by your peers with the annual Award of Distinction you are invited and encouraged to attend our annual conference. You will be part of inspiring discussions, best practices, motivation, demonstrations and the comradery of friends that share your passion for excellence in a government contact center environment.
Whether you reached your peak in Denver, got connected in Chattanooga or are considering attending for the first time, each annual conference affords you the opportunity to share, learn and reconnect. You should walk away with inspiring ideas, new associations and a sense of accomplishment.

Here is some information that will help you with planning/budgeting for your visit:

Take a look at the conference location www.lidobeachresort.com and then feel free to reserve your rooms at Lido Beach at the 19th Annual AGCCP Conference rates for the deluxe portfolio of guest rooms available are $149/ night, plus tax. The resort fee of $29/night is being waived, but still entitles you to high speed WIFI, 24 hour access to the business and fitness centers, beach chairs and towels among other amenities. Please note that the online reservation system automatically adds a $15/day parking fee plus tax that will be removed at payment time at the resort if you aren’t parking a vehicle. Since you may want to enjoy the beach life a little more, Lido Beach Resort is offering our group rate three days before and after the conference, based on availability.
The early conference registration fee is $200/ person and includes attendance to the conference, breakfasts, breaks and some evening meals. Event registration and guest pricing will be available in the fall. Register by Friday March 1, 2019 to take advantage of the lower registration fee.
Sarasota County is located on the Gulf of Mexico side of Central Florida off route I-75. The Sarasota Bradenton Airport (SRQ), 7.2 miles from the resort, serves 15 non-stop destination cities . Other airports options would be PIE – St. Pete/Clearwater (50.8 miles), TPA – Tampa International (60.3 miles), PGD – Punta Gorda Airport (60.4 miles).

At the conference we Discovered Our Peak!
A mountain. Some see it as an obstacle, to others a challenge. In Denver we used the mountain as metaphor and took our own virtual climb to the peak.
We assessed our provisions, making sure we have the tools needed for our contact centers. We met up with fellow climbers, forge friendships and shared stories and insights along the way. We were inspired at the summit through incredible speakers and collaborative discussions. The best view comes after the hardest climb.
