“Inspiring government professionals to provide
exceptional customer service experiences.”
The AGCCP’s 20th Annual Conference was originally scheduled to take place in the glass capital of the world from May 11 - 14, 2020 at the beautiful Renaissance Hotel in downtown Toledo, Ohio. This year’s award is about how your team provides exceptional customer service; what is the experience and how you provide inspiration as government professionals. Whether the experience was for external or internal customers, you provided something clear…exceptional customer service.
