7th Annual AGCCP Award of Distinction

exceptional customer service experiences.”
The AGCCP’s 20th Annual Conference was originally scheduled to take place in the glass capital of the world from May 11 - 14, 2020 at the beautiful Renaissance Hotel in downtown Toledo, Ohio. A major highlight at the annual conference is recognizing one contact center as the distinguished recipient of the AGCCP Award of Distinction.
Nominations and voting continued to take place for this year's Award of Distinction! Several member organizations submitted applications and provided supporting documentation to be considered for this year's award.
This year’s award is about how your team provides exceptional customer service; what is the experience and how you provide inspiration as government professionals. Whether the experience was for external or internal customers, you provided something clear…exceptional customer service.
Included documents were files that support and help demonstrate the fulfillment of shattering customer satisfaction expectations.” Examples included website URL links, media articles, social media posts, customer testimonials and statistics.
The panel of judges consisted of three AGCCP board members, the 2019 Award of Distinction winner, and one local customer service professional. This is a blind judging process, so all references of contact center names and location were redacted prior to review by the judging panel.
