Board Members

The Association of Government Contact Center Professionals is a non-profit organization created by government contact center professionals for the benefit of other government contact center and government customer care professionals. Officially formed in 2003, AGCCP has grown to include more than 65 member cities, counties and other public sector agencies throughout the U.S. and Canada.

Each year, our association brings together a broad mix of professionals to exchange best practices, showcase emerging technologies, and learn from one another’s successes and challenges. Though we differ in roles, jurisdictions, and perspectives, we share a common purpose: advancing our field and lifting each other up.

 

For more than two decades, members have collaborated to sharpen their skills, deliver exceptional service to their communities, and raise the standards of the profession. We take pride in our collective expertise, remain steadfastly customer-focused, and draw strength from the camaraderie of colleagues across North America.
