AGCCP members were treated to the "Inspiring Views" of Baltimore 311, this year's winner of the Award if Distinction. Lisa Allen, 311 Director accepts the award from Jenny Gogol, Debra Hudson and Janet Nelson. Baltimore 311, the first city in the US to implement 311 as a police non-emergency number in 1996, handles 1 million contacts annually, 20% originate online.
