We are now accepting nominations for the Award of Distinction. This is your opportunity to receive recognition at the National level by your peers for demonstrating customer service excellence through “Inspiring Views.”
Whether the view is from the lens of a customer who appreciated the level of service delivery given, or from internal customers for transforming the culture of the center through employee engagement, enhanced technology, or leadership development; “Inspiring Views” take many forms.
Qualifications for nomination of your contact center:
- Clearly identify the “Inspiring Views” during 2018.
- Write an essay explaining how the “Inspiring Views” has made a positive impact and contributed to the overall success of the contact center, therefore; enhancing the customer experience.
- Include documents and/or files that support and help demonstrate the fulfillment of “Inspiring Views.” Examples include: website URL links, media articles, social media posts, customer testimonials, and statistics.
- Application must be submitted before the deadline. Late entries will not be accepted.
The five-member panel of judges consists of two AGCCP board members, the 2018 Award of Distinction winner, and one local customer service professional. This is a blind judging process, so all references of contact center names and location will be redacted prior to review by the judging panel.
